Welcome to Rustic Barn! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our marketplace platform, where independent sellers list products for sale and buyers can purchase them. By using Rustic Barn, you agree to comply with these terms.

Rustic Barn is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers but does not manufacture, store, or inspect any of the products sold on the platform. We do not guarantee the quality, legality, or safety of products listed by sellers. Rustic Barn is not responsible for any issues arising from transactions, including but not limited to product defects, delays in shipping, or misrepresentation by sellers. Our liability is limited to the amount of service fees collected for the affected transaction.
Rustic Barn and its logo, website content, and branding elements are the property of Rustic Barn and may not be used without permission. By listing products on Rustic Barn, sellers grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use their images, descriptions, and store name for marketing and promotional purposes.
Users may post reviews and other content on Rustic Barn, provided that such content is not unlawful, obscene, defamatory, abusive, or otherwise objectionable. Rustic Barn reserves the right to remove or edit user-generated content at its discretion. Users grant Rustic Barn a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display any content they submit.
Rustic Barn reserves the right to suspend or terminate any seller’s account without prior notice if they: (1) list prohibited items, (2) repeatedly fail to fulfill orders, (3) engage in fraudulent activity, or (4) violate any other terms outlined in this agreement. Sellers whose accounts are terminated for violations will forfeit any outstanding earnings.
Buyers are responsible for reviewing seller policies before purchasing. Chargebacks filed without first attempting to resolve the issue through Rustic Barn may result in account suspension. If a chargeback is found to be fraudulent or in bad faith, Rustic Barn reserves the right to seek reimbursement from the buyer.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rustic Barn, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: (1) any product sold or purchased through Rustic Barn, (2) your violation of these Terms, or (3) any infringement of third-party rights.
By default, all sales are final unless otherwise stated on the sellers store profile. Rustic Barn does not guarantee the condition of any products sold on the platform, as sellers are responsible for their own listings. Buyers should review the seller’s store profile, linked on each product page, for individual refund policies.
The 15% Platform Service Fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Refunds are only granted in the following cases:
If we issue you a refund for one of the reasons mentioned above, we will issue a refund of the products face value paid (or, for a discounted product, then instead the discounted product price paid), less service and processing fees. In no event will the Platform Service Fee, or any other fee amounts be refunded.
Sellers may set their own refund policies in addition to Rustic Barn’s terms. Buyers must review the seller’s policies before making a purchase. If a seller’s policy allows for refunds beyond Rustic Barn’s terms, those policies will apply.
Refunds are issued by Rustic Barn but must be approved by the seller in most cases. If a seller does not respond to a refund request within a reasonable timeframe, Rustic Barn may determine eligibility based on available evidence.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method.
No Refunds will be processed after 30 days of the transaction processing date.
Chargeback Prevention: Buyers agree to first attempt to resolve disputes with the seller via Rustic Barn’s inquiry system. If a resolution cannot be reached, buyers may escalate the issue to Rustic Barn. Chargebacks filed without following this process may result in account suspension.
Sellers must ship orders within the timeframe specified in their store policies. Failure to ship on time may result in penalties, including order cancellation by Rustic Barn, refunds issued to buyers, or account suspension. If an order is delayed, sellers must inform buyers and provide an updated shipping estimate.

Users may request account deletion at any time by contacting Rustic Barn support. Some information, such as transaction history, may be retained for legal and record-keeping purposes, even after account deletion. Personal data will be stored only as long as necessary to fulfill business and legal obligations.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state of New Mexico. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of New Mexico.
Rustic Barn shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet failures, cyberattacks, pandemics, or supplier disruptions.
Rustic Barn reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
